Pattern of Us ("we", "our", or "us") provides digital products (PDF reports) through our website patternofus.com.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a PDF report has been purchased and downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds.

Exceptions

Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion if:

• The product was not delivered due to a technical error on our part
• The product is materially different from what was described
