Digital Products — No Physical Shipping
All products sold on Pattern of Us are digital downloads (PDF files). No physical items are shipped, and there are no shipping costs.
Delivery Method
After your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email at the address provided during checkout. This email will contain:
- A secure download link for your PDF report
- Instructions on how to access your file
Delivery Time
- Instant delivery — your download link is sent immediately after payment is confirmed
- In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to payment processing delays
Didn't Receive Your Email?
If you have not received your download email within 24 hours of purchase:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Verify the email address used at checkout is correct
- Contact us at hello@patternofus.com with your order number
We will resend your download link within 24 hours.
Download Issues
If you experience problems downloading or opening your PDF:

- Try downloading from a different device or browser

Access to Your Purchase
Once purchased, your PDF report is yours to keep. You may download it multiple times for personal use.
